The Akrapovic Sound Kit is an optional accessory designed for certain Akrapovic car exhaust systems, allowing drivers to control the sound of their vehicle directly from the cockpit. Utilizing advanced Akrapovic technology, drivers can effortlessly switch between a quieter mode and a more dynamic, sporty sound.
Integrated with a receiver (included in the evolution system), the Sound Kit operates actuators that open or close valves at the exhaust system's end, providing precise control over the exhaust sound. Drivers can adjust the valves using either the Sound Remote Controller or the newly developed smartphone app, compatible with both iOS and Android devices.
It's important to note that the use of the optional Akrapovic Sound Kit renders the ECE type approval invalid.
